For legal support we have partnered with Flint Bishop Solicitors, a Legal 500 listed, multi-award winning law firm, widely regarded as one of the premier law firms in the East Midlands.

This will help to reduce risk to your practice by providing invaluable practical advice as you need it.

You will have access to a very experienced legal employment team that recognises that your practice needs to assess and balance the risk in any situation with the need to make commercial and practical decisions; helping you achieve your objectives. We can also add value by helping improve your procedures, policies and how you manage your employees.

1. Web Based Support

We are able to provide a value for money, fixed cost, one year subscription to a comprehensive web based support package.

 It gives you unlimited web access to:

  • Guides, standard procedures and template letters
  • Ready to use staff handbook, policies and employment contracts

Also

  • Regular newsletters with legal updates
  • Discounted hourly rate should further advice or support be needed

Our web support package costs only £99 + VAT for the year.

Further discounted annual fixed fee support packages are offered to suit any size of practice.

2. Fixed Support Packages

These provide:

  • Full web support package as above
  • Telephone access to your own dedicated solicitor
  • 12, 24 or 36 hours advice or technical support per year
  • Discounted hourly rate should further advice or support be required

Fixed support packages:
12 hours support per year - £110 per month
24 hours support per year - £220 per month
36 hours support per year - £330 per month

VAT is applicable to all prices quoted.

A full support package, procedure and review of contract terms and conditions, and on-site HR healthcheck and HR support are also available on request.
