Spectacular Event to Celebrate Oberoi’s 1st Year at Pride Park

Oberoi Consulting held a superb Marquee Event on the evening of August 13th to celebrate their first year in the new Oberoi Head Office on Pride Park in Derby and to mark another very successful business year.

The evening was held as a charity event on behalf of the Special Care Baby Unit of Derby Hospital. The charity was generously supported by donations, a raffle and a fun charity auction.

The guests, including friends and acquaintances from both pharma and GP practices, were greeted with a champagne reception and wined and dined on Indian cuisine. Dr John Cannon, a Senior GP from the Ixworth practice, recited his ‘Ode to Kavita’ during his very complementary speech.

There followed spectacular displays by the famous Honey Kalaria and the Bollywood Diva dancers. Honey makes regular national and international performances and is often contracted to perform alongside top stars.

The guests were also treated to performances from the internationally acclaimed UK Under 21 Salsa Dancing Champions.

The ‘Bollywood Evening’ continued with guests receiving hilarious instruction in Indian dancing, which culminated in a very energetic disco party.

Over £2500 was raised for the Special Care Baby Unit at Derby Hospital.

With continued business growth Oberoi are looking forward to making this an annual event.
