Sucessful female entrepreneurs are big news at the moment. Unknown to Kavita Oberoi, the Managing Director of Oberoi Consulting, she was featured in a colour spread in the Mail on Sunday’s July edition of You magazine. The article was taken from an interview previously held by the Financial Times for their newspaper. It talks about Kavita’s reasons for leaving corporate life to start her own business and her drive and commitment to making this such a success. The article quotes Kavita: “You’ll double or triple the hours you put in. Because it is your business you have to. People expect you to deliver.” Kavita continues to instil that same motivation and commitment in the whole company.
